RBOB Executive Board 2024-2025
It's that time of year again when we are looking for candidates to be on the RBOB board for the 2024-2025 school year! Become a RBOB board member and receive a stronger voice in the activities regarding your child's musical education.
The music programs have completed successful band and orchestra festivals, and that is partially due to the efforts that RBOB provided to the musical directors. RBOB is operated by parent volunteers that help host student events, fundraise for field trips, approve dollars for new instruments, hire clinicians to evaluate performances, and more. The end of the school year quickly approaches and with that our parents graduating their senior student will also depart. Your assistance is vital to the operation of the music programs to keep this program successful, but to also allow the directors the opportunity to focus on your student's learning.
Candidate nominations start on April 8, 2024 at the next general board meeting. Elections will occur in May. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the process or positions. Some of these positions must be filled with new names due to graduating students or term-limits. If you enjoy keeping our website up to date and sending emails, then VP - Communications may be a good fit. Maybe you like putting together family gatherings, then VP - Hospitality is the job for you to host tailgates or team dinners.
